At Kerazo Naturals, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality spices, including cardamom, black pepper, clove, and other natural products. Please read our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
  2. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  3. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  2. Customers may be eligible for a return or refund only under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  1. Wrong product delivered.
  2. Damaged product received.
  3. Product received in a tampered or leaking package.
  4. Product significantly different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  3. The product should remain unused and in its original packaging whenever applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  1. Opened spice packages.
  2. Products that have been partially consumed or used.
  3. Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  4. Change-of-mind purchases.
  5. Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. If payment was made through a payment gateway, processing timelines may vary based on the provider’s policies.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of the package
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
    • Replacement product
    • Store credit
    • Full or partial refund

6. Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be declined if:

  1. The complaint is raised after the specified reporting period.
  2. Insufficient evidence is provided.
  3. The product has been opened, consumed, or altered.
  4. The issue resulted from customer misuse or improper storage.

7. Shipping Charges

  1. Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
  2. If the refund is due to an error by Kerazo Naturals (wrong or damaged product), shipping-related costs may also be refunded where applicable.
