1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Customers may be eligible for a return or refund only under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Product received in a tampered or leaking package.
- Product significantly different from the item ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
- The product should remain unused and in its original packaging whenever applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened spice packages.
- Products that have been partially consumed or used.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If payment was made through a payment gateway, processing timelines may vary based on the provider’s policies.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
6. Refund Rejection
Refund requests may be declined if:
- The complaint is raised after the specified reporting period.
- Insufficient evidence is provided.
- The product has been opened, consumed, or altered.
- The issue resulted from customer misuse or improper storage.
7. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
- If the refund is due to an error by Kerazo Naturals (wrong or damaged product), shipping-related costs may also be refunded where applicable.
